This is how the group program will work:
You will complete a Well-being questionaire prior to the program commencing
We will meet weekly for 1hr for 6 weeks via video conference using the ZOOM platform to review the video lesson and get practical
Ideally you will review the week's video lesson and complete any necessary exercises PRIOR to the video call to get the most out of our time together
If you cannot attend Live, send your questions via email prior to the week's lesson and group call
You will take responsibility for ACTION in between weekly sessions to maximise YOUR success
