During my own experience and through my professional training I was luckily enough to discover, that despite all of the conflicting advice, there’s a few key concepts that are the root cause of EVERYTHING and are often overlooked when trying to resolve any health condition.

This 8 week program has been built around these four foundations and will equip you with the tools knowledge to heal yourself or your child and restore wellbeing.

The strategies & knowledge that you will learn will become your “new way of life” beyond our 8weeks together.

My mission is to empower parent’s with practical “know how” to take their family’s health back into their hands and feel confident in doing so!

During our time together, you will:

This is how the group program will work:

  • You will complete a Well-being questionaire prior to the program commencing
  • We will meet weekly for 1hr for 8 weeks via video conference using the ZOOM platform to review the video lesson and get practical
  • Ideally you will review the week's video lesson and complete any necessary exercises PRIOR to the video call to get the most out of our time together
  • If you cannot attend Live, send your questions via email prior to the week's lesson and group call
  • You will take responsibility for ACTION in between weekly sessions to maximise YOUR success

  • 8 X 1hr weekly LIVE sessions via the ZOOM platform (video conferencing)
  • Recording of the Live sessions to watch if you cannot attend LIVE

    • There is no ONE right way to eat. What is medicine for one person, could your posion. It is incredibly important to identity your UNIQUE FOOD PRESCRIPTION


  • WEEK 3Planning for YOUR Success
    • Let’s be clear – this step is ESSENTIAL to your success, not only for your health, but for life in general, and when you NAIL it things FLOW with ease
  • WEEK 4Let’s be gentle Q & A
    • Let’s take a break from all the learning and starting diving into DOING. Action is what get results at the end of the day. I’m still on-hand to answer your questions LIVE
  • WEEK 5The modern day scourage of toxicity
    • You cannot escape toxicity, it is all around us, however there is plenty that you CAN do to help your body deal with it much better and minimise the effects


  • WEEK 6Serving your Emotional Well being
    • Your health is dependent on what you feed your body and how you nourish your soul, you cannot work independently of the two. True health is most certainly a balance of body & mind
  • WEEK 7 Going from Overwhelm to Calm & Confident
    • Knowing the information is only one piece of the puzzle, but it is about equipping YOUR tool belt to deal with the DAILY challenges of life.
  • WEEK 8  - Putting it all together
    • Bringing it all together and making it work for YOU in YOUR life. Creating the habits to enable lasting lifestyle change and start living the life you desire.
