How does it work?

Firstly you will complete a Well-being questionnaire prior to our initial coaching session so that we know EXACTLY which areas to focus on.

During our initial coaching session we will clearly identify the most important issue you want to resolve in regards to your child's health, but more importantly WHY this needs to happen now!

From there, I will create a plan specific to YOUR needs and that of your family.

Together, we will break it down into smaller, manageable steps that are easy for you to implement.

I will provide you with plenty of resources, tools and checklists to assist and guide you.

You will set clear, definitive & measurable goals to achieve during the 12 weeks. This will be reviewed during each coaching session and tweaked if needed.

You will have access to bite sized webinars focusing the fundamentals of health & healing to watch in your own time. You will also have access to an in-depth Real Healthy Kids(RHK) Healing Nutrition Manual that explains the concepts in more details, but in layman's terms!

The process doesn’t need to be stressful – and I promise you, it is manageable.
